Nature of the Service

Libya Trade Basket is a platform for listing wholesale goods and connecting merchants. It is not an online store: there is no shopping cart, no orders, no payment, and it does not handle shipping, delivery, or storage. Every transaction takes place directly between the two merchants outside the app.

Who May Use It

• The service is for business owners in Libya.
• Information entered at registration must be accurate and your own.
• Your account is your responsibility, and you are accountable for everything done through it.
• One account per business; duplicate or fake accounts are closed.

What You Post

• You alone are responsible for the accuracy of your offers, images, quantities, and prices.
• Listing anything unlawful under Libyan law, misleading or abusive content, or images that are not of your goods is prohibited.
• Using the platform for spam or harvesting merchant data is prohibited.
• We may hide or remove any violating offer without prior notice.

Verification

Business verification is optional and reviewed manually against submitted documents. It means we have seen a valid document; it is not a guarantee regarding the quality of your goods or your adherence to any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the quality of any listed goods, the accuracy of any merchant's information, or the completion of any transaction. We bear no responsibility for disputes or losses arising from dealings between parties who met through the platform.

Reports and Blocking

You may report any violating offer or account, and block anyone you do not wish to hear from. We may suspend or ban any account that violates these terms or harms other merchants.

Subscription

Some features may require a paid subscription whose price and duration are shown in the app before payment. A subscription grants the right to use the service for its term; it is not a guarantee of sales outcomes.

Intellectual Property

The platform's name, logo, design, and software belong to its owner. Content you post remains yours, and by posting it you grant us the right to display it within the app for the sole purpose of operating the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms and will post the amendment on this page with its date. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
